Working with us
How do I book a project?
Send us the details through the contact form or the Book your shoot button. We reply within one business day, set up a short call, and send a plan with a fixed quote.
How much does a shoot cost?
Every project is quoted custom based on crew, shoot days, locations and deliverables. The price is fixed in your quote before anything is booked, so there are no surprises later.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit locks in your date on one-off projects, and the rest is laid out in your quote. Monthly content retainers start with the first month plus a deposit.
How do I pay?
You get an online invoice and can pay by card.
What do you need from us to get started?
What you are making, who it is for, where it will live and a rough date. We take it from there.
Shoot and delivery
How fast do we get the edit?
First cuts usually land within one to two weeks of the shoot. Social cuts and event recaps can go out faster when we plan for it up front.
How many revisions do we get?
One round of revisions is included on every deliverable. Extra rounds can be added if you need them.
Do we get vertical versions for social?
Yes. We deliver the formats each platform needs, including vertical cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
Can we get the raw footage?
Raw footage is backed up after every shoot. If you want the raw files delivered, tell us up front and we will add it to your quote.
Do you shoot photos too?
Yes. Stills can be shot on the same day as video, or booked on their own.
Rights and travel
Who owns the footage?
Standard usage rights for your own channels and paid ads are included. Extended or broadcast usage is quoted separately.
Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Miami, cover all of South Florida and shoot in New York often. Shoots more than 60 miles from Miami carry a travel fee, quoted up front.
Tools for Editors
How do I get my download?
Checkout runs through Gumroad. Your download is ready right after purchase, and the link is also emailed to you.
Can I use the tools on client work?
Yes. Personal and client projects are both fine. Please don't resell or share the files.
Which apps do they work with?
Each tool lists its apps on its page. Most work in Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, and the presets work in Lightroom and Camera Raw.
